An opportunity to learn a short extract from Green Apples.
Join professional dancers Layla Bruce and Dominic Rocca for a unique dance workshop in the boxing club.
Suitable for all abilities and aimed at beginners, no partner necessary. Come with comfortable clothing and dance barefoot. Suitable for participants ages 14yrs and upward, 11yrs and up for those who already study dance.

You will be working with dancers:
Dominic Rocca – Dominic is a freelance dance artist originally from Reading. He trained at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.
Since graduating in 2017, he has performed for a number of companies and choreographers for stage, gallery and film productions, including Mark Bruce Company (Macbeth, Frankenstein), Thick & Tight, the Royal Opera House, V&A Dundee, Formed View, Katya Bourvis and Shaper Caper. As a member of BalletBoyz (Them/Us, Deluxe), he danced in works by Maxine Doyle, Xie Xin and Christopher Wheeldon.
Away from performance, Dominic has worked as a freelance producer and is the Co-founder and Co-director of Ample Space, a multi-disciplinary studio business based in East London.
Layla Bruce – Layla Bruce was born in Somerset, England, and trained at Elmhurst Ballet School and London Vocational Dance School before joining the BA Modern Ballet program with The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Layla has worked with Mark Bruce Company, Gemma Payne and Will Tucket on the feature film “Ballerina Overdrive.” Currently, she is an apprentice with Budapest Dance Theatre.
