He is a choreographer, director, composer and musician, filmmaker, editor, writer and photographer. He founded Mark Bruce Company in 1991 creating 18original evenings of work for the company including Dracula which won the Sky Arts South Bank award for Dance, the National Dance Award for Best Male Dancer, and the award for Best Independent Company. His recent work includes Macbeth, Return to Heaven, Phantoms and Frankenstein.
