For b-side 2016
For her project with b-side Debbie will be working with Dartmoor Prison Museum’s archive to explore the stories of a 100 years ago, trying to find ways to make that relevant to today.
“I’m really excited about this project with b-side, I’ve never worked in a prison before and looking at the archive and Conscientious Objector story raises so many questions about incarceration and how society’s opinion shifts throughout the generations. During my residency I will be working with prisoners, staff and public to explore some of these questions.”
