Create your own linocut tarot card as part of a living archive of Portland life.
Led by artist Alexi Marshall, you’ll be guided through the full process: developing your design, cutting the lino, and printing your card to take home.
This workshop invites you to design, carve, and print your own unique tarot card inspired by personal memories, island life, or simply what it means to call this place home.
No prior knowledge of tarot or linocut needed!
Your card will also become part of something bigger. All cards created will feature in an interactive installation at b-side festival 2026, where they will be displayed and circulated throughout the community: a collective tarot deck of Portland, made by the people who know it best.
