An action-packed day of family-friendly activities and events to celebrate the unique environment of Portland in partnership with Island Community Action and the Portland Association.

Nature-themed challenges with prizes, foraged and recycled art, stone carving, hedge-hogtastic tips, learn the waggle dance with the Bee Circus, take part in a BioBlitz, go on a wild foraging walk with Bushwhacker Tours or learn more about the medicinal properties of the plants around us with herbalist Andrew Cowling or make beautiful images using the power of the sun.
Keep an eye out for a few bee surprises provided by leading outdoor arts company Artizani, you might just find out what bee’s get up to on their days off!
