Josh is a versatile and creative project lead and producer with 10+ years of experience spanning music, arts, technology, culture marketing, and social impact.
Adept at connecting the dots across industries, leading multidisciplinary teams, and transforming creative concepts into impactful marketing campaigns, special projects, and events. Passionate about delivering work that pushes the boundaries of culture and craft, promotes inclusivity, and drives positive social change. Proven track record of excellence in execution, fostering long-term client relationships, and championing underrepresented voices and emerging talent in the creative industries.
Previously a director and artist manager of drone choir NYX, working across marketing, live show and label strategy, bespoke composition, creative development and production, art direction and partnerships.

Nadine Patel
Nadine has worked in the creative sector for over 30 years supporting artists and arts organisations to develop and strengthen their opportunities for growth. As a creative consultant she draws upon her wide-ranging knowledge of contemporary arts practices and networks to provide specialist advice, as well as participating directly in programme design, implementation, research and evaluation. Nadine also works regularly as a policy advisor for a range of UK higher education creative institutions; such as the Royal College of Art, Glasgow School of Art and Royal Northern College of Music for whom she advocates on their behalf and highlight the contributions they make to the economy as well as the UK’s cultural prosperity and social wellbeing.

Jodie House
Jodie House is a community artist based in Weymouth and founder of the Southwest Collage Collective, a supportive place to connect people through accessible art practices.
“I am passionate about creating spaces that challenge the hierarchy in the arts and enable all communities to explore their ideas, experiences and perspectives through creativity. I am the owner of a community engagement art organisation Houseworks Dorset CIC and work with around 2500 vulnerable children each year encouraging expression and play.” -
Rocca Holly-Nambi
Rocca is b-side’s Director, prior to joining the team at b-side, they were the British Council’s Head of Arts East Africa, and subsequently Director of Arts Sub-Saharan Africa. Rocca co-founded and directed 32° East | Ugandan Arts Trust, a centre for contemporary art in Kampala, Uganda; and KLA ART, Kampala’s biennial public art festival.
