In this tour, we will explore the barriers for disabled people in engaging with the cultural sector, and the inclusive best practices that are starting to become commonplace. Often, discourse around disability is incredibly medicalised and avoids any conversation of aesthetics, but there are so many ways the cultural sector is increasing accessibility while forging creative expression. Weymouth is a primary example of this, and we will explore some of the sculptures and their inclusive aspects during the tour.
