Angela has been a photographic practitioner since moving to Dorset from Norfolk in the 1980s to study. Working mainly in b/w landscape photography, she started exhibiting her work, which was seen by the head of Photography at Weymouth College, who subsequently invited her onto their teaching team as a part-time lecturer. She stayed for over 20 years, teaching on the A’ level and Btec Media courses. Alongside, she was also in charge of the Photography Club at Sherborne Girls School and has produced promotional photographic and design work for various musicians, whilst continuing to embrace both traditional and digital processes in her own work.
Since leaving formal teaching, she has been delivering workshops in the beautiful Cyanotype Printing technique, as well as marketing her own hand-printed silk scarves and cards.
