Jordan McKenzie

Jordan McKenzie is a visual and performance artist who has exhibited his work both nationally and internationally. Working across the fields of performance, drawing, sculpture, installation and film, Mckenzie's work has been shown in many prestigious galleries, arts centres and festivals including Tate Britain, The Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The Courtauld Institute of Art (Somerset House) London, Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol, Institute of Contemporary Arts, London, Bluecoat Gallery, Liverpool, Museu Serralves, Portugal, DOLL space, Switzerland, International Festival of Performance Art, Russia and Grace Space, New York. He has received major arts awards from The Live Art Development Agency and Artsadmin as well as residencies in America and Nepal. He is currently a lecturer in Drawing at the University for the Arts and co-curated an artists run space from a disused garage on a council estate where he lives in East London called LUPA (Lock Up Performance Art).
